Impact PhotoVideo and its ownership is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in our possession or during transport to or from our premises. If items are proven to be lost, stolen or damaged while on our premises, we will refund the price of the lost, stolen or damaged item at a fair market value. We do not compensate for the sentimental or emotional value of items entrusted to our care. We will make every effort to safeguard our customers property and return it in the condition in which we received it. It is recommended you make a backup copy before sending us original recordings.
Impact PhotoVideo retains the right to refuse videotapes containing indecent or questionable material. We may also refuse and return videotapes that are dusty, dirty, broken or otherwise unplayable on our equipment.
Impact PhotoVideo cannot accept copyrighted recordings (video and audio), trademarks, logos, photographs or other legally-restricted materials for duplication without the written, notarized consent of the copyright owner and/or other licensed individuals or entities.
